  • Established and developed diverse portfolio of support schemes for the Group - National ex-offenders three-year pilot scheme for the Group. - Women's Refuge - Floating Support Scheme - Night Shelter - Direct Homeless Hostel - Cyber Café - Young peoples projects
  • Set up project for people with learning difficulties, recognised as 'beacon' model by Hampshire County Council.
  • Challenged operational approach to development ensuring clear targets, competitive bidding tactics and commercial approach to work.
  • Member of the local development consortium. Major contribution to its approach to bidding which led to it gaining the largest allocation for the South East and being identified by the Corporation as leading best practice in the field
